At Oriental Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how we handle your deliveries.


1. Shipping Destination & Costs

We currently provide free shipping on all orders within the European Union.

For customers located outside the European Union, we are happy to evaluate shipping possibilities on a case-by-case basis. If you reside outside the EU and wish to place an order, please send an email to Op.orientalperfumes@gmail.com with the subject line: "Shipping internationally". Our team will review your request, verify the logistics, and provide you with a custom shipping estimate.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team works to prepare your items for transit.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our carrier within 24 hours (1 business day).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days.

  • Rest of the European Union: 3–7 business days.

4. Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped via SDA.

  • Tracking: We believe in transparency. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging your products, but in the rare event that your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us immediately.

  • How to Report: Please email us at Op.orientalperfumes@gmail.com.

  • Required Information: To ensure a rapid response, please include the nature of the problem and your Order Number in the subject line of your email.

  • Timeframe: Please report any issues regarding damaged or missing shipments within 14 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date).
